Purpose
These terms of use govern access to and use of the Flor'igin platform, published by the Union Nationale des Fleuristes. Flor'igin aims to raise awareness of flowers and their origin, and provides information about flowers, farms and labels.
Acceptance of the terms
Accessing and using the platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, you must refrain from using the platform.
Access to the service and user account
Browsing public content is free. Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential; any action carried out from your account is deemed to be performed by you.
Use of the service
You agree to use the platform in accordance with its purpose and applicable law. In particular, you must not disrupt the operation of the service, fraudulently access its systems, or publish unlawful or misleading content or content that infringes the rights of others.
Published content and data
Professionals with an account may enter information about their organization, their farms and their flowers. You warrant that the information you publish is accurate and that you hold the rights required to publish it. The publisher reserves the right to remove any content that does not comply with these terms.
Intellectual property
The platform, its structure and its content are protected by intellectual property law. No reproduction or reuse is permitted without prior agreement, except for the content you publish, for which you remain responsible.
Personal data
The processing of personal data in connection with the use of the platform is described in the Privacy Policy, available on this site.
Availability and liability
The publisher strives to keep the platform available but cannot guarantee continuous availability. It cannot be held liable for any interruption, error or unavailability, nor for information published by users.
Changes to the terms
The publisher may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time the platform is used, as published on this page.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
